17 weeks!! :)

I think ive said it before but i love saturdays!! :)

This was a good week. My spirits are def better then the 2 weeks prior. The spotting is still around but Little Babe is doing just fine. His/her heartbeat is very strong and loud. Its crazy how a few weeks back it was faint and now its bounding when i listen - so cool!!

Last sunday i felt Little Babe move for the first time! If felt like popcorn popping but now it feel like someone is tickling me very lightly from the inside. Im so excited that im feeling it so soon. Since this is my first ive read alot of ppl dont feel it until 20+ weeks. Im excited to start feeling it harder and then pete being able to feel it!

Ive been starting to relax alot more and starting to think about getting ready for the babe. We know that LB is coming at 37 weeks at the latest. So that gives us mid sept, i want everything ready by August, so 3 months. So we are going today to look at recliners b/c it may take 12 weeks for it to come in. We are also going to BRU to look at cribs and bureaus also to see how much money we are going to need and how long it will take to come in. If we have a girl we are going with black furniture and if a boy dark brown.

Ive settled on a set for a girl but a boy is alot harder. Pete wants to do a hunting cabin theme for a boy but i cant find any bedding to go with it...grrr.

So we go next week to find out the gender and im super excited about that! I always thought boy but lately ive been thinking girl. For a boy we decided on Jack Eugene and girls names are still in debate but its down to Lily, Charlotte, or Violet (MN will be Mae). What do you think?

My appt on tuesdya went well. The doc was more concerned about my sunburn than anything lol. She told me the spotting will hopefull stop soon. Im going to the OB on Tuesday.. im very excited about that. Im curious to see if he'll let me go back to work. If not thats OK since i got approved for TDI and ill be paid for the rest of the pregnancy and 6-8 weeks postpartum. Im still planning on staying out til January...that'll be 9 months out of work! But its OK so ill take it! :)
